One of the great advantages of a holiday at Well Farm is the versatility of the accommodation. We can cater for couples looking for a quiet break or large groups of family and friends of up to 28 people, still retaining their 'own space'. The immediate area surrounding the cottages is a safe and natural environment  for children to play and for adults to relax.  The properties are in a quiet village and are off-road, with plenty of parking.

Trewin Court and Millers Rest are now connected to our solar farm using solar powered electricity during daylight hours. By 2012, each cottage will have its own free wifi. Guests will have unlimited access, but will need to bring their own laptops/tablets etc. 

Nestling in picturesque countryside on the North Cornwall and Devon border, Well Farm Cottages offer a tranquil family orientated base for those looking to enjoy the many attractions this beautiful area has to offer. The cottages all provide spacious, comfortable accommodation, which can either be booked individually or if required, jointly for larger groups.  Choose between one of the recently converted barns, or stay in the original farmhouse dating from the 16th/17th centuries or the adjoining cottage, built slightly later. 

Set in the heart of the Tamar Valley, visitors can stroll down to the river to fish for trout, or explore outstanding countryside through the numerous walks and trails. The spectacular coastline and award winning beaches of Bude and Crackington Haven are just a winding 20 minute drive away.  Or head inland to explore Ruby Country or Dartmoor.

Well Farm Cottages are perfect for visitors looking for somewhere a little off the beaten track but conveniently located for the towns of Bude, Holsworthy and Launceston.  For the active visitor there is a wealth of choice close by, from surfing at Widemouth Bay, canoeing along the historic Bude Canal, cycling trails, to golf at the numerous nearby courses and sea fishing from the unique and famous Clovelly Village.  There are numerous surf schools 20 minutes away at Bude, including the Big Blue Surf School, which has disabled surfing instruction for under 18's.

There are a great many restaurants in Cornwall which use fresh local produce which are also stocked by the local shops.

All this and the friendliness of 'Cornish Folk' to make your stay a memorable one.
