A really beautiful setting in a rural location on a cattle & sheep farm in North Tamerton on the Cornwall/Devon border. Woods, fields and other areas for walks and for children to explore. It has it's own driveway so is set away from road traffic. The trout stream is a short stroll through the fields (which can be fished by worm, spinner or fly), fishing is inclusive. Three piece suite (reclining armchairs), double bed-settee. Spacious kitchen/diner (seating 10) with electric cooker (double oven), fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Bedroom 4 has a single bed and bunk beds (their is low ceiling height when sleeping in the top bunk in the downstairs bedroom). Ensuite with small bath and shower attachment, wash basin and washing machine. Separate toilet.
Bedroom 1 has a single bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, TV, freeview box and Video. Bedroom 3 has a double bed. There are also two cots, two highchairs and two stairgates available upon request. Bathroom with wash basin and fitted electric shower over the bath.
