Our accommodation is versatile - no matter if you are on your own wanting a quiet break or booking a holiday for your family or a larger group, we have cottages of varying sizes to suit you. The immediate area surrounding the cottages is a safe and natural environment for children to play and for adults to relax. The properties are in a quiet village and are off-road, with plenty of parking and amazing tranquil country views.
Our cottages all provide spacious, comfortable accommodation, which you book individually or jointly for larger groups. You can choose between one of the recently converted barns, the original farmhouse (a rare example of a mediaeval Cornish longhouse) or adjoining cottage or our very popular glamping pod.
During your stay, you are welcome to use our free wi-fi connection - perfect for seeking out local tourist attractions, checking the weather forecast or keeping the kids entertained while you relax.
Children can enjoy the play area, ride scooters or kick a football, in a safe environment within view of the cottages. They can also get together in our comfortable indoor games room where there are a selection of board games and table football.
Your pet dogs are welcome in certain cottages and there is lots of room for off-road exercise where your pet can play. Many of our local beaches, cafes, bars and attractions welcome your pets too.
Trewin Court and Millers Rest are connected to our solar farm using solar powered electricity.

Cider Cottage has stunning views across the surrounding countryside down to the River Tamar. It has all modern home comforts throughout. The front hallway leads into a spacious comfortable living/dining room with electric wood burning effect stove. The room has a dual aspect with views from the rear across fields to the village church and from the front of the cottage, down towards the farm courtyard. On the other side of the hall you will find the well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and a rear door onto a small lawned area. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a separate bathroom. With its rural setting Cider Cottage provides a relaxing, peaceful getaway.
Millers Rest is an attractive and spacious cottage with its own private courtyard ideal for relaxation and barbecues. Inside their is a large living/dining room with an electric wood burner effect stove, perfect for cosy evenings whatever the season. The cottage has three bedrooms the smallest of which is a single with its own digital TV. The main bedroom is large and extremely comfortable with impressive Devon pine furniture throughout. The kitchen is light and modern with views at the rear over fields and nearby woodland. There is a small lawned area to the back of the cottage and plenty of space to roam and play. Millers Rest makes a happy family base at any time of the year.

Trewin Court is a cosy and welcoming cottage perfect for families or couples looking to explore stunning North Cornwall. The cottage provides spacious accommodation with the added benefits of a private courtyard. The open plan living room/kitchen/diner is tastefully furnished and an excellent area for the family to get together. The main bedroom is a large double room with pleasant views as have the two smaller bedrooms. The single room has its own digital TV and video. With surfing, fishing, walking or golf all easily accessible and surrounded by farmland and easy walking distance to the upper reaches of the historic Bude Canal, Trewin Court offers a quiet rural retreat.
Well Farm Cottage is a pretty traditional character cottage dating from the 18th century. In a rural setting amidst beautiful countryside, one of a few cottages in a courtyard setting on a 70 acres sheep and beef farm. Access is by a surfaced farm lane leading into a courtyard. Holidaymakers are welcome to stroll in the woods and fields, one of these walks leading to the stream (River Tamar) with trout fishing. The stream also makes a pleasant setting for picnics. Other walks include part of the old Bude Canal. Many holiday attractions in the area including Tamar Lakes Water Park (nature reserve, for hire- canoeing, windsurfing, sailing), Tamar Otter Park and much more.
A nicely furnished semi-detached 16th century character farmhouse with beamed ceilings. A really beautiful setting in a rural location on a cattle & sheep farm in North Tamerton on the Cornwall/Devon border. Woods, fields and other areas for walks and for children to explore. It has it's own driveway so is set away from road traffic. The trout stream is a short stroll through the fields (which can be fished by worm, spinner or fly), fishing is inclusive. By the old bridge their are lovely river walks, and an ideal area for picnics. It has it's own large enclosed front lawn.
